Ajay has spent over 20 years in senior level professional services working for blue chip businesses, legal firms and Government clients in the UK, USA and GCC. He spent a considerable portion of his career with Barclays Bank including a role as a client Director with Barclays Capital New York. Ajay also has experience in the area of litigation funding with a particular focus on insolvency matters, Ajay was instrumental in creating Europe’s largest claim group in the Group interchange claim against Visa & Mastercard. These claims were successfully settled in 2020 / 2021. He has arranged funding for claims in excess of £250 million. He is currently based in London and has lived in Europe, USA and GCC.

Denis J. Gallagher is the Founder/Chairman of BOLD Capital Group, LLC. BOLD Capital Group currently has investments and management participation in a diversified portfolio of companies.

Denis spent his first 20 years in the transportation business with family owned New Jersey based Coast Cities which he sold and worked with Laidlaw Inc. in Canada for nine years. In 1996 he left to become Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Student Transportation Inc. (STI), which in 2004 he listed on (TSX) Toronto and (NASDAQ) Stock Exchanges prior to a go-private sale in April 2018. He has worked closely with pension funds and family offices as well as Quebec and French Government funds as shareholders. With over 46 years of experience as a seasoned executive in start-up and established companies he has closed and merged over 250 acquisitions and arranged financing through banks and financial institutions around the world.

Currently he serves as Advisor and works with several Boards of private companies in entertainment, technology, Web3 and clean energy along with Hop Skip Drive, a fast-growing, innovative youth transportation company.

In a new twist of businesses he is a current member of Israel-based bitoftrade’s Board of Directors, a new forward leading crypto technology exchange. He also makes time from his home in Charleston, SC to serve as a Director of the Belafonte Family and STI Cares Foundations.
